Exchange Programs
Masar perceives the Palestinian community in Israel as an integral part of the international community, and that has the ability to influence, inspire and be inspired by other communities. For us, youth exchange programs can help Palestinian students to open their minds and critically deal with the implicit process imposed by the social and political practices of the majority towards marginalized communities and give them the opportunity to feel equal and influential within a global context. It is an opportunity to broaden their horizons and help them respect their culture, with its unique system of values and traditions, while sharing experiences with other cultures.
